Bubbakoo's Burritos - Mahwah

I order from here frequently. The food is fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, they forget the selected flavor and/or ingredients more often than not.

The food was decent, but I would suggest to the owner that they use coconut oil for frying the taco shells. It's a healthier option and adds a more enjoyable texture.

I don't understand why my burrito bowl is so spicy when I specifically ordered it with General Tso sauce, which is supposed to be mild. In fact, my meal is quite spicy.

The CHIPS AND LARGE NACHO CHEESE was disappointing. The chips were freshly made, but the nacho cheese sauce tasted canned. It lacked any peppers or other ingredients—just a plain orange color. I’ve had really flavorful burritos here, so it seems the quality varies from one dish to another.

BARBACOA CHIPOTLE CREMA BURRITO was easily 10/10.
