Dunkin' - Mahwah

Terrible customer service. The staff lacks knowledge about the new Dunkin Rewards Program. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Be cautious when doing business here; training is strongly suggested.

The staff was extremely rude during our last visit. We spent a substantial amount of money, and when we requested to use the locked women's restroom, we were told to use the men's instead. As women, we should have been allowed to use the ladies' room. Right in front of us, after being denied access, a disrespectful female employee unlocked the women's restroom and used it herself. When she emerged, she actually shouted at us in the dining area when we inquired about using the restroom. I will be spreading the word about this experience and will not be returning.

A typical Dunkin' experience. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and service is quick enough. I've had no issues during my multiple visits.
