Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Rita’s is by far my favorite, EXCELLENT customer service, workers are wonderful!!!

This place has an amazing location! My favorite treat is the gelato with mango sorbet and vanilla custard. It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely a special treat that we always enjoy. One time, my son asked for some cherries on his ice cream cone, and the man who made it—who I suspect might be one of the owners—was incredibly kind and added a generous amount of cherries all around the cone, securing them so they wouldn't fall off. The look of pure joy on my son's face when he received that ice cream was priceless!

It's a Rita's, and it's delicious—what more can I say? I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews; it seems like some people are just being overly critical.

The staff here are friendly and attentive. The ice creams and custards are delicious, although they are a bit on the expensive side. I'm not a fan of their rewards program, but that's not the store's fault.

What a delight it was to participate in our town's Ho-Ho-Kus Day! We received numerous compliments and positive feedback about our delicious giveaway! The mango flavor was the favorite, but lemon and cotton candy were also very popular. The staff at Rita's were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job helping us prepare for 300 eager customers in search of a refreshing treat! Thank you very much!
