Starbucks - Mahwah

Solid 4 stars. The staff is nice and the service is quick.

They are so slow. Drink is always wrong and they always ring my order up incorrectly.

If I could give this Starbucks is 0 I would I've been coming here for many years and never had much of a bad experience staff are usually quite polite last week me and my wife went to get some drinks my wife ordered strawberry refresher as we set waiting at the drive-thru young girl about early twenties opened my wife's drink in front of me and started to drink it and topped it back up when I asked a different member of Staff what was she doing with my wife's drink she said she was only smelling it even though I witnessed her drink it two times absolutely disgusting if that's what I seen with my eyes I'd worry what was going on behind the scenes what makes it worse it wasn't even a big deal to them never had an apology and they looked like it was my fault for getting upset

I've been going consistently for a few days the drinks just taste off ... not sure why (I'm an ex barista so I understand it can be a multitude of things- but I get the same drink at every location it tastes fine elsewhere. this is just the closest one to me. I wish it was more enjoyable : food is always done right , orders are correct, the baristas are all so sweet !!!!!

Staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, i have purchased many coffee- free drinks creme on the label, and they are made with coffee. When i pick up from the drive through, i don 't have the time to go back and wait for the drink to be made again. The volume for this store is high.
