Dom Petisco Coffee Tapas - Maia

The place has some nice tables outside and that is the only good part. The staff is so slow. The food is nothing special and in small portions and overpriced. Maybe having more than 3 tables ocupied is too mutch for them.

Hi went to this place with my wife and cousins for dinner, on 23 08 2019 and we made a reservation. Upon arrival the restaurant was kind of empty and we requested to change from promenade to inside because it was chill. We ordered Tapas food the Pitéu table, and in the meantime some olives, bread and some cheese. The olives came but the bread arrived at the table 1/2 hour later. When we asked for the cheese the waitress replied: You didn 't get your cheese? Where did he (the other waiter take it? . So after 15 more minutes the cheese arrived. As more people came to the restaurant we noticed that one table ordered chilis and another ordered chips, but never received their orders because they were delivered to the wrong tables. Those people were hungry (like us so they didn 't even bother to check if they ordered that food. They just ate it. So after two hours later they bring us... The wrong food table. Instead of the Piteu table they brought us a cheese and smoked sausage table... And yes, at first they wouldn 't accept their mistake but when they read the order, they recognized. We just asked for our bill to leave, when again, the waitress replied: Don 't go, your order is already being done! REALLY?!?!?!?! At this point I was so hungry that I left without filing a formal complaint, which I 'm doing now. Three thoughts, still: 1. After as horrible service like that, any manager would at the very least offer what was eaten that didn 't happen. They charged us the 14€ that we eat. 2. If the second was being made why didn 't they bring it? It 's now 5 days that we 've been there. Is our Piteu table ready? : 3. DON 'T COME TO THIS RESTAURANT. It clearly deserves to close doors.

Gosto de almoçar no dom petisco, a comida é muito boa e tratam me muito bem, ainda por cima fica mesmo ao pé da minha escola, mais perto e melhor não há. Recomendo exprime tem.
