Super Bock Lounge - Maia

I went there asking for an oat late, trying to be understood in English but the lady would not speak a word of English and she said to me that she was not supposed to speak English. I’m not saying that that should but being in the airport I thought that was a minimum requirement for staff to speak a language that is understood from people that are not Portuguese. Anyway, I opened Google translate and manage to be understood but her attitude was absolutely the worse. Every answer was like put with such an effort if possible she would would have been somewhere else Aweful experience Not open to communication

The food is bad, not tasty!! It's not worth coming. The whole family came, the service was bad!! not recommended.

Unpleasant and slow staff, trying to charge different money for second bottle of water(much more) very weak and completely tasteless “Coffe”

Not so much a lounge, but more a space with a few chairs and bar stools, standing room only and not the most serene place to spend 30 minutes before tackling security. Not for us this time.

The Superbock Lounge is located in the Porto airport on the departure floor. The Superbock Lounge is mainly a bar, but it does serve some basic food and Superbock merchandise. We had a couple of hours to kill, so we threw back our last Superbocks before we left Portugal.
