Great little traditional English village local pub for the drinker that enjoys a really well-kept pint of ale. No food. Friendly locals and host. Ample parking. A delightful experience.
A beautiful, friendly, real village pub! I think it has a 500 strange year story! the renter is absolutely brilliant! the caught beer is first class! eating is great with huge portions! can not recommend it very much! 5 stars all day!
Meals are no longer available but still an amazing place to go to if you just want to go out somewhere, a drink of your choice and a lovely atmosphere, whether, a date, couples or family, if you have children then please go to the right of the main bar, board games are also provided at your leisure for a fun bit of family time, to enjoy a drink, unwind and play some family games and just be out somewhere different...and if you have a dog, a bonio will always be given as part of the family as our fur babies can't be left out...defo go along and see..
A great village pub, I work in a pub in Buckingham, and it’s one of the only places I’d come for a drink. Great choice of real ale, largers and cider, not to mention the high quality, home cooked food the burger is always a winner! Very friendly staff, and a real community atmosphere, which of course makes a pub a pub.
