Contribuisci feedbackI cannot believe the level of incompetence this restaurant operates with. I placed a £40 order and it never arrived. I have tried calling multiple times, but their phone line is always busy. Do not waste your time or money here. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have been to this Chinese restaurant multiple times and, aside from one minor delay with delivery time, the food is consistently hot, flavorful, and punctual. The delivery is usually on schedule and the drivers are always courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Ordered a Chinese from fortune as our regular was closed and all I can say is never again I ordered the food at 7PM and it did not arrive until 10.30PM by this time I had already eaten and fed my daughter and was getting ready to go bed in total i Called the restaurant 250 times as it kept saying user busy clearly not the only people with an issue last night. Absolutely disgraceful.
Ordered food at 5.30 pm. Advised delivery would be 6.30 pm to 6.50 pm. Advised at 6.25 pm that food was on its way. At 7.20 pm phoned them as nothing had been delivered. Was informed the order was currently being prepared in the kitchen.... Asked why we had been told it was on its way. Guy simply said that was incorrect. Asked why we had been told it was on its way. Guy ignored it. Asked if I wanted to cancel order. Said yes. Then informed me they were very busy but it was being prepared and would be out for delivery soon....told him we didn 't want it and to cancel order. Was more concerned about getting into kitchen to stop them cooking than explaining why we had been misled. Absolutely dreadful 'customer service '. Avoid at all costs.
Used this chinese for delivery quite a few times now and to be honest we have never had a problem or bad food. This time however I ordered on their app and as we were going to be out I ordered early for 5.30 delivery. I had an email saying thanks for ordering but when I checked again to see if it was on its way I found that it had been denied. When I phoned to ask, the man I spoke to wasn't very helpful and just said it had been cancelled. The money had come out of my bank though and was told it would take 48 hours to be refunded. Well 5 days later it still hasn't, so phoned again to be told that it will take 10-15 days and that the problem was that I ordered on the app before they were open. So just be warned that you may be able to order on the app and they will take the money but your order may not go through. We ended up going to another Chinese takeaway who were cheaper and nicer food
