Mcdonald's - Maidstone

I was with my family for a lunch and I got stuck with something and one of the staff member just came to rescue me about order. What a hospitality. Thank you soo much

The food was cold which surprise me as the place wasn’t very busy at all. The double cheeseburger I had, had a distinct odd flavour about it and later in the evening and this morning I have stomach issues which is not usual for me. I can only assume our trip here is the reason. One of the nastiest “meals” I’ve had at a McDonalds. Thankfully my daughter appears unaffected.

Cold food, some of the order missing, staff walking round the car park in a daze with wrong number plate written on receipt. All staff look high and don’t have a clue what’s going on

Awful service!! Sat at collections window in drive through for about 8 minutes before someone’s opened it. Food was cold and coffee even colder… this is a regular thing here or you get half a portion of chips when you order so that you have to make an uncomfortable situation and complain to get what you paid for. Very poorly run and the worst Mc Donald’s in the the area or anywhere I have used hands down.

I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times now and each time the staff are very polite and helpful! The food is alway hot and quick. They have really nice sofa like seats and a play area to keep the kids happy. You forget it’s a McDonald’s. There is some options missing from the menu (hot chocolate and Carmel frape)
