Mcdonald's - Maidstone

Horrible management and service. I arrived at 10pm, ordered food, and really needed to use the restroom, but they wouldn't allow it. They gave lame excuses like the water not working. It's ridiculous that they wouldn't let a pregnant woman use the restroom.

On a Saturday night, I found the restaurant to have tight security with restricted access to the restrooms and seating areas. It felt like a misplaced precaution, possibly fueled by fear. Despite this, the atmosphere was calm, with a surprisingly tame hen party in attendance. If they were not causing a fuss at McDonald's, then no one would be.

The staff at this restaurant showed no sense of urgency or enthusiasm, as they were seen chatting and milling around instead of attending to in-person customers. However, they made an effort to assist the couriers collecting orders that were placed after mine.

Nice place to eat, easy access for wheel chair, lift etc

Today I have genuinely had the worst fast food experience of my life. I ordered my food and when I went to pay at the counter and before I could pay the staff refused to let me pay and let 2 people pay and order food before me. After 10 minutes I was finally able to pay and then proceeded to wat an extra 25 minutes for my food, and when I finally went to eat, I gained severe acid reflux after there was mustard in my burger (I asked for none) and nearly had an anaphylactic shock (forgive my spelling). I won a milkshake on monopoly and at the counter I asked for it but they refused to give it to me even though I was in pain and was treated awfully. Never again. If I could I would give 0 stars.
