After 10 more minutes, the other orders had still not arrived, and the order with pancakes had not been addressed. My son's order never arrived, so we had to ask for it. All of the orders had been cleared from the system, and the staff were asking complaining customers for their receipts (despite half of the machines not printing receipts). Eventually, my son's order came, but it was missing the pancakes that were on his receipt. When he inquired about the missing pancakes, he was told that the manager had already given a refund to someone else. After arguing with them, she eventually refunded his money. The male manager in the white shirt exhibited an unacceptable attitude towards customers and should not be working in a McDonald's restaurant. His behavior is damaging to the brand of both Roadchef and McDonald's. The female manager seemed overwhelmed by the number of complaints and was unable to effectively handle the situation. Additionally, the lack of condiments available in the dining area meant that customers had to ask managers for every sauce and straw.

Upon our arrival at the service area, we were able to park our car and caravan in the designated spaces, which was convenient. We decided to pay for an overnight stay and looked forward to a peaceful night's sleep after a long journey. However, our experience was far from enjoyable. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by noisy Polish truck and van drivers who were parked near us. They were talking loudly, shouting across the car park, and showing a complete lack of respect and consideration for us and other guests. Despite the disturbance, we had no other options as it was the middle of the night. As morning came, the noisy drivers eventually left. Our recommendation is to be cautious when paying for an overnight stay at this location, as you may encounter inconsiderate neighbors. It would be beneficial for the service area to have security guards monitoring the parking areas to ensure proper behavior and enforcement of rules.

Spotlessly clean and smells lovely. The addition of fresh beautiful flowers and diffusers certainly help.

McDonald's at 10:30 on Sunday morning. It took 25 minutes from placing our order to receiving our food. Complete chaos... No apology!

Stopped here on the way back from the coat. It was clean tidy and there was space to sit in comfort with a nice cup of coffee. Just what you want.
