My partner and I have just eaten here and we’re very disappointed. We have always enjoyed the food here but today the food was mediocre, service really slow considering the restaurant was no where near as busy as it used to be.and overpriced. Such a shame and we will not be returning.

Literally just left the place and now back at our hotel. We are stuffed! Delicious food, lovely staff, and value for money. I was worried, as I had read previous reviews here after booking.... All I can say is I had nothing but a gorgeous early dinner, and fantastic service. We asked for everything to be brought out as and when it's ready, so the mixed starter for 2, Thai prawn crackers, crispy duck pancakes, and special fried rice. I had a Pina colada, and my hubby had two ice cold beers, delicious!! Very reasonably priced, and staff were attentive. Keep in mind we dined at 5pm, and it was not busy, but due to the excellent food, I can imagine that it could get a bit overwhelming for the staff... So be kind, it's worth the wait.

Compared to the Whitstable branch this is sadly quite bad, we arrived at 5.30 and at 7pm only had starters which they got wrong! Only one lady appears to take orders and the other waiting stuff look scared of her! Curries were lovely however, pad thai was burnt along with the spring rolls! More waiting stuff required, ones which can also take orders! I fear this restaurant may be going down the pan if they don’t adapt! We were not the only ones unhappy!

The owner of the restaruant is clearly very bias. They way she treats certain customers ia very different to how she treats others. I was made to feel unfortable and unwelcome. Do not come here if you value good customer service.
