Took a while before landlady appeared who seemed pleasant enough at the start, she gave us a menu and directed us to a restaurant area away from everyone else. When i gave in my food order I asked if they did brown baguettes, she barked 'no ' then I asked for a small glass of wine with lots of soda she said ' give me a clue! Red white or rose ' to which I ordered white.
I recommended this restaurant to my friends thinking it would be family-friendly, but I deeply regretted it.
Went here for Sunday carvery with my sister. We didnt pre book.
Popped in for carvery as we was passing pub taught we give it a try, worse mistake of our life's, the food was dry and hard prob a week old, didnt touch it as didn't fancy trip to dentist even the ants that was running around our table wouldn't touch it, couldn't get out of the place fast enough.
Was looking for a carvery, it was a Tuesday, so it was not on. The food was very basic, and the pub looked much nicer from the outside than inside.
