Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant is slow, the food is cold and undercooked, and both the menus and walls are covered in food stains. It appears that there may be a shortage of staff, as waitresses are rushing around looking stressed. Some of these issues could be forgiven if the food was better quality, properly cooked, and served hot, or if the establishment was cleaner.
This was a disappointment. If you don't have enough items for a traditional full English breakfast, just cancel the order. I received only 1 egg, 1 mushroom, 1 and a half hash brown, and 10 beans. I can't believe it.
It's great to see this restaurant back to its former glory! The food was amazing, with nothing missing, and the staff were friendly and lovely. The carvery was fully stocked and the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
We arrived for dinner last night as it was my daughters 18th birthday and she loves your roast dinners and i have to say, considering how busy it was and how little staff was on, we received an exceptional service by Keelie. What a lovely lady and couldn't be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Keelie, you are a credit to the restaurant.
Front of house staff need to attend a customer service course.. as mentioned in previous reviews, staff seem to think it's acceptable to tell their CUSTOMERS to wait outside in the cold rather than allow them to sit in the bar area?!! Appaling, I took my business elsewhere and shan't be returning
