Trattoria Da Vinci - Main Service Rd

Can think of only a few really memorable meals I have enjoyed in the past few years where the ambiance, food and service has been top class. Tonight Trattoria da Vinci in Sedgefield has joined the club. Highly recommend when you are in the area.

We had 4 nights in the Garden Route. Stopped by on Monday for dinner. What a great experience. It is a typical Trattoria with rustic finishes. No frills or state of the art decor however the food is what it is all about. We ordered their special dishes. Osso Buco, Veal with a cheese and mushroom sauce Grilled Soles. The food was outstanding. Worth waiting for 1/2 hour. We decided to go back on Thursday which was equally delightful. You will not be dissapointed. Bookings required.

Just go there. You will enjoy the food. We started with the pizza in 2005 and whenever we have the opportunity we return for Steve's awesome dishes.

Thank you Leah and Steve for another awesome meal last night. Our food was delivered within twenty minutes of arriving at your restaurant and we so enjoyed it. Your waitress Rika gave excellent service and Leah added her personal touch by walking through the restaurant and greeting her patrons. Well done! We will visit again shortly!

What a gastronomic experience! Just had the best portion of fish ever! You guys rock! Wish you were in Durbs! The only place to eat in Sedgefield!
