This was one of the most exquisite, special dining experiences we have ever had. From the ambience, to the location, the story, the server and staff, to the unbelievably delicious food.(I'm comparing to our experiences living near Downtown LA/South Pasadena/Coast and traveling to Denver, New Orleans, Texas and many great places to eat. We eat a lot of great food!)We had the appetizer trio (stuffed peppers, stuffed dates, and prosciutto wrapped artichoke hearts), potato gnocchi, seafood special (shrimp, scallop, lobster ravioloi, crab cake), sweet corn risotto cakes, and desert (I think it was a tart, mascarpone with tree nuts and caramel).I wish I remembered our servers name, blonde with cute blue/green glasses. She was the best!Every detail big and small from our water glasses staying full to our craft cocktails to the bread and the delicious salad dressing, and of course the entrées, was perfection.Warm, cozy, charming. Some tastes simple, some complex, amazing balance. Fresh, beautifully presented, extraordinary recipes.I heard the chef is looking to retire. We are grateful we had the privilege of this experience before then. Chef, you made our road trip a 10/10, what a special memory.
So many tastes in 1 meal and all good except 1, but I'm not a fan of yellow mustard, brown mustard may have worked. Staff was great and very accommodating.
This place is seriously to die for. We go EVERY time we're in Bisbee. Ben was great tonight, really took great care of us. A
