We have been travelling to Mainz from Australia. We like Mainz and it is a convenient location to explore Germany from. The Eiscafe Florenz is a must visit cafe. The ice cream is wonderful and made with care and presented attractively. While you can get...many things other than ice cream, for us, it is the ice cream that attracts us. If the weather is nice you can sit outside and see the bustling people moving by heading further down in the old town. Sadly, due to the Coronavirus and rules preventing us leaving Australia at the moment, we are not able to visit Eiscafe Florenz at the moment. As soon as we can we will come back.

I'm from Virginia and I've never had ice cream as well done as this. The people are really friendly, the menu has a wide variety to choose from, and it such a great portion of well decorated icecream for the price. You can expect to...spend euros. I had the tiramisu and it was served in a hint martini looking glass and was superb.

Drinks and ice are a good value for money. the service is fast and friendly. very practical for shopping streets around the cathedrale. snacks are also delicious. good place to refuel during a shopping trip.

For lunch. beautiful sandwiches, if they just want a little light and fast. very clean. teamworkers are great. eating was good. looks like it was a fun place in the summer.
