Turned out to be the best meal and dinner we had during our entire stay. Had reservations for a Monday night but walked around for what seemed forever and could not locate the restaurant even with hotel directions and google maps. Two blocks from our...hotel so you would think it would a a no brainer to find. Not.... Was out the next night and decided to look on the totally opposite side of the street and found it. Unfortunately did not have reservations on this night but decided to try it anyway. The owner was very accommodating and gavels a reserved table after I explained what happened the night before. Fortunately she spoke english and it made our evening a little more simple. We had a great table next to the fireplace which was on. Was a very cold evening for October. The menu as huge and lots of interesting items. We ordered app and she provided us with a free app compliments of the chef. The wine was very refreshing (local Riesling). Our dinners was truly delicious (everyone ordered something different). She then gave a a desert to cleanse our pallet (on the house) and a shot of Ouzo (also on the house). The owner was our waiter and she provided outstanding service and the evening was special. We tipped accordingly. She deserved it. The restaurant is small but cozy and without a doubt it was one of the best dinners we had during our entire stay or during any of our stays in Europe. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was very busy but luckily for us a party had not turned up for their reservation so we got the last table. Menu is typical Greek fare and reasonably priced. We started with an aubergine and garlic dish was very good. With the...ouzo was served bread and some olives. We both shared the seafood platter for two. It was very good apart from the prawns which were average. Service was very friendly and the bill very reasonable for an enjoyable meal with drinks. As the restaurant is busy I would recommend making a booking especially for Saturday evening.

My title says it all. The locals around here rave about this restaurant and I totally agree. From the free appetizer plate of grilled green peppers, feta cheese and olive oil to our entrees of the Philadelphia plate (three different meats on the plate ...pork, lamb, and hamburger) and the lamb skewers, everything had great taste and very well spiced. The fried potato slices that my wife had on her plate were outstanding in flavor and taste; you really have to ask for them. Comfortable and inviting, this restaurant makes the grade for quality and taste and it is also very well priced. Enjoy.
