Vapiano - Mainz

From the company vapiano in general I have heard so far a lot negative, from the mainzer vapiano in particular the opinions went more into positive. I was at the last weekend there for the first time to eat. from the Vapiano principle (eat self picking up, building up and ambiente of the restaurant, preparation of eating, -> exact portioning) I am thrilled. also the location in mainz is beautiful and cleverly selected. we had both nudges. I had pollo picante. the chicken breast was tender and tasty, the noodles were also very good. I was surprised after the first bite positiw that eating so well tastes. the service was also good with us. my wife didn't eat her completely. promptly a collaboration offered to pack the rest (in a free Vapiano box). also the dessert was a good thing. I recommend the mainzer vapiano.

After a long time I wanted to give the vapiano a chance again after having had bad experiences and again it was a pure fall... noodles too soft, with my well-known much too hard. salat leaves ( eisberg) completely brown and thus not edible. stretch in the corners at the window front, as well as at the chair legs and frames. tables also look very bad and could be repainted. the damen wc leaves much to be desired. there would have to be controlled more often, it was just disgusting and the whole load needed a basic cleaning. what annoyed me especially is that the whole situation with eating was played so down. that was definitely my last visit to vapiano!

I always liked to go to vapiano. above all, this is because you can order yourself in a dark-colored manner. Unfortunately, there are really few restaurants that offer full-grain or dinkel noodles. because I'm so. 2 times a week to order take, I noticed that eating is getting worse and worse. once was even plastic in eating my friend, another time it was burned, then the noodles were too soft...Everything extremely bad!The worst, however: the hired are extremely unfriendly. especially the branch manager (presuming that it is the branch manager).We were there on Wednesday with 6 people and this person is simply extremely unfriendly and respectless, for me to avoid a background vapiano in future. if you have no pleasure on guests, you should not be active in gastronomy.

I personally think if you consider the size when the restaurant does not have much choice there. if they like almost food, this place will meet their needs, but otherwise they want a top end Italian, this is nothing for them.
