Mcdonald's - Maitland

Food was okay, but customer service is the only reason I gave it 5 stars.

Great warm food. Friendly people. Need to fix drive thru so that people stop getting in one way to get in line first. Drive around and get on the line.

Excellent customer service! Especially from Manager Eli he and his team went beyond me and beyond. Really friendly and friendly staff, almost makes me want to come from my way past other places only to this.

The only McDonald?s food I feel is at this point. It tastes fresh almost every time. They're almost always on the point with my orders!

Excellent customer service at this McDonalds. I ordered an ice coffee online an forgot to specify I wanted it without sugar. They work so fast and are so efficient that the coffee was ready before I had time to tell them about the sugar request. After I told them, the lady was nice enough to re-make it for me and she even offered me the other coffee since they had already make it. This is the kind of customer service that makes an organization great! Cheers to their management.
