Queens Arms Hotel Riccardo's Seafood and Steakhouse

Have eaten at the pub 4-5 times for lunch returned for a Saturday night meal with friends before a local theatre show. A comprehensive menu that would suit all tastes. Our meals served promptly were large flavoursome meals, our friends certainly surprised on the quality of the food. Can recommend the Veal Jewel and Steak Dianne. Atmosphere in the pub was great, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was packed at 6.30 pm. Lucky we booked!

Friendly, family restaurant. Well organised, fantastic service. Specials are marvellous value and generous portions of freshly cooked items make each visit a pleasure to experience.

Recommend for Sunday night special snitty meal, ggod meal with fresh salad for a very cheap price! Great service and cold beer.

Fantastic prices for Sunday or Monday night Snitty...$8 with gravy of choice, salad and fries....regular patron! Can't say much about the rest of the menu as always can't pass up the Snitty, but looks good. Quirky atmosphere and good cold beer. Pop in and do yourself a favour...I recommend booking as gets busy.

My mum-in-law had seen someone order the seafood platter one day and wanted to celebrate her birthday there so we could have one. We ordered the platter for 4 (I believe it needs to be ordered in advance) and it easily could have fed 6 adults. With 3 adults and 2 kids digging in, we barely made a dent. There were fresh oysters, oyster mornay and kilpatrick, crab, prawn twisters, fish cocktails, calamari, hot chips, which I really enjoyed. The rest I could have done without: salad (which got a little soggy from the seafood on top), prawn toasts, sizzling plate with prawns and rice, and some other seafood dish that was creamy and full of prawns and scallops. The food itself wouldn't merit a 4 but the servers were very friendly. A server overheard our boys going on about the sign about free paddle pops with kids meal and came over and offered them each one, even though they didn't have a kids meal, so that allowed us a few more minutes of enjoying our meal in peace :) Might come back for the $6 chicken snitty.
