Starbucks - Makaoo (Part)

I speak from the heart saying the customer service from Devon (tall guy, beard,super chill) was awesome. He served me a large caramel frappacino; my starbucks fave, and it made my day. Devon I hope your boss sees this, love you man.

This location needs more staff and better training. I waited 20 extra mins for my simple mobile order and watched the staff frantically try to keep up with the orders. The counters were dirty. I noticed that none of them washed their hands in between orders, even after squishing empty milk containers into the garbage (not recycling). I watched one of the Baristas talk rudely to a delivery person after they asked about their order. I will avoid this location.

Awful service had to wait for long staff was just talking to each other the drink they gave me was just filled half and when I complained the boy with brown beard said they can only fill it this much without ice that’s really disappointing paying for whole but getting half never coming again on this location i wish there was minus rating on google so that i can rather give them that

Everything is amazing about this place. Nice vibe to Think and Grow and amazing staff welcoming everyone at this place. Sure be back.
