They definitely weren’t joking when they said this was the no. 1 Thai Restaurant in Manila The Green Chicken Curry and the Seafood Pad Thai were the dinner highlights but the Crispy Fried Black Pepper Sea Bass was a scene stealer of the night! We were surprised with how the meal portions, flavours, and overall experience came at such reasonable prices! Highly recommend to visit when you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed at all!
Dinner at @benjarong_manila — by far the best Thai resto we've tried. Loved everything we ordered and the servings were massive!
The Benjarong Tasting Menu definitely ranks up there in my books. From how everything was presented, to how Chef Ja explains each component, down to the fireworks of flavor that find its way to your palate, this is a tasting menu that is sure to take you on a wonderful journey. If there was a statement to perfectly describe the dish line up, it would be — the perfect Thai balance of freshness, acidity, innovation, and textures, beautifully presented for your palate to enjoy. Each dish had their own special flare to it, but if I were to choose one it would definitely be the Tom Yum soup because of the depth of flavor it had. Presentation-wise it was phenomenal, taste-wise it was pure magic. I love how Chef Ja and her team choose to play around with classic Thai dishes, yet are able to to turn them into completely different dishes that don’t just look beautiful but taste wonderful as well.

Went here for my cousins graduation dinner and we had a pleasant experience. Started off with the pomelo salad shrimp cakes which were both very tasty and great starters. Our mains were the sea bass which was very lacking in taste, the chicken curry (spicy), pad Thai, and the beef curry which I loved! For dessert we had the mango sticky rice a coconut dish I forgot the name of but they were both very good and a great way to end our meal. Also wanted to note that we brought our own cake as part of our celebration and they said that it would cost us PHP2,000 to eat it in the restaurant, which I found so absurd.
