Good food and service however waiting time was rather long.

The service was okay, they're very nice towards their customers. But I like a menu with pictures and the menu are lacking of details of the food. I need to read more so I don't have to bother asking anyone. That's all they're lacking at.

Eventhough the food was excellent, unfortunately the Nando's chilies royalty point system ruined my experience today. We were welcomed by the staff properly and brought to our table promptly. The worker was friendly and the place was clean and appropriate. I wanted to claim half a chicken as shown in the rewards system. The waiter accepted and took the order. Unfortunately, the waiter came back and said the system is showing that I have no chillies to claim (claim has expired). But, the system is showing that I'm able to claim at least half chicken. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR NANDO'S APP to avoid cheating your members from claiming. Thank you. Other than that, it's good. Pricing reasonable as well.

Awful service. Brought me out stonecold chips which must have been sitting out for ages... When I complained they come back 10 minutes later with the same chips refried... Hard as nails. Ignored the complaint and paid change in small coins because I'd complained.

Nando's is a must-try if you are in Malaysia, especially their peri peri chicken. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious and spicy dishes with amazing flavors. The staff is friendly and polite, although the service may not be super fast. However, the food is definitely worth the wait. I recommend trying it with friends or family. One dish to try is the lemon herb-infused espetada with potato wedges and grilled vegetables - you won't regret it!
