Burger King Lope De Vega - Málaga

Of the many branches of Burger King I have visited, this I have to say is the worst service I have ever endured in Spain. On the last occasion I visited which I will speak about, I ordered my meal at the drive through microphone. I drove round and the window was opened after about 2 mins, the complete order was waiting at the window. I gave my card to the man and he disappeared for about 3 painful minutes. He then returned and gave my card back and said “momento por favor” and before I could say anything, closed the window again. Another 4 minutes went by, he finally opened the window again and said the machine wasnt working for cards and did I have any cash. I said no. He then took my card, disappeared again (closed the window) and then reappeared after another 2 minutes, handed me my receipt and card after having done the contactless payment himself on another machine in the main restaurant, without asking me if that was ok. My food had been on the side the whole time and the chips were like sawdust/cardboard by the time I received them, and the chicken nuggets were as hard as rocks (approximately 1.5cm wide and 2 cm long) He had forgotten the barbecue sauce I ordered which I paid 60c for, and the straw for my drink. To add insult to injury, I had ordered “grande” or large for the meal size but even though that is the size I received, they had billed me on the receipt for “gigante” or super size. All in all it was an absolute disaster of a meal, food, service, and they robbed me aswell by overcharging. Absolute disgrace. The time previous to this, when I only had 30 mins for lunch and had driven 5 mins to get there (and needed 5 to get back) I was left waiting for 6 full minutes at the microphone shouting “hola” to nobody. I actually switched off my engine and walked up to the window where I saw the girl chatting inside. She cane to the window as she was putting her headphones back on and when I asked if there was a problem in a rather angry tone understandably, she basically snubbed me and closed the window. My order ended up being ok that time, but I was waiting approximately 7 minutes at the window, which, for a fast food restaurant is an absolute disgrace, because the food was definitely not freshly cooked, as per usual the chips were like cardboard. Im not going back there ever again.
