Dunkin' Donuts - Malden

The staff here is truly exceptional. I often find myself stopping by, even when I’m not hungry, just to grab my favorite—two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on an English muffin. It's a great place to visit!

The group of women working today was fantastic! They made sure to connect with all their guests, both familiar and new. They were entertaining, sharing jokes among themselves and with those in line. I also appreciated their honesty; I left my phone behind and realized it only after I got home. They had my phone and even a child's Barbie torso set aside, ready to be returned! Thank you, ladies!!!!

The service is consistently friendly and quick, and they always get my order right! However, the restaurant is quite small and located in a busy commuter area without a drive-thru, which can make it feel cramped during peak hours. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

The employees are all very nice. They work very hard. And for the person who wrote about the staff getting upset about the tips. You need to make sure you know what your talking about because the salem stret maplewood dunkin donuts does not have a drive up window. And they dont make what you think they do because of people paying with their phone app or debit cards.

Very courteous personnel. Great blueberry muffins. Clean premises.
