The noodle is not thin and a bit too soft to my liking. Fair price for Boston area. Table cleanliness could be improved as it was a bit sticky when resting your hand. The best food here is the Chasu don! Great pork quality and sauce! There are parking building across the street. However not a lot of seatings inside.
I've been going here for a few years and this is easily one of the best ramen restaurants in Boston. They have staples like Shoyu and Miso but then something unique like their Yuzu Shio or the rotating special (currently a house special spicy miso). The menu is somewhat small but each dish is made expertly. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the meat and noodles absorb these flavors perfectly without getting tough or soggy. Lastly, the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming I can't recommend this place enough.
New to MA and came across this noodle shop, hands down on of the best bowls I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
