I'm sure he will recognize us soon, as we visit so often. The portions are decent and of such high quality that I finish my pho every time, down to the last drop of broth. I highly recommend visiting them at least once if you are in search of delicious pho.
I recently visited this area for the first time and discovered several great options for food, including takeout and dine-in restaurants as well as the 99 Asian Supermarket. However, I would recommend avoiding Ph-Hardware 99 at all costs. It was my first and last time dining there, and if I could give it zero stars, I would.

I need two fried eggs! Not raw egg! I even scared that the chick gonna come out..?
Good soup. However, portion size is shrinking. XL pho (shown in picture) is getting smaller and smaller. I wonder if there's even a difference anymore between the regular, large, and XL. $15 for soup is also more than pho bistro down the street, which gives you more soup, better service, and has nicer digs.
