Village Tandoori - Maldon

I have always loved the food at this restaurant, but ever since the new owners took over, it seems that the quality has remained consistently amazing, possibly even better than before. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, and the new manager is extremely courteous and goes above and beyond for the customers. I am hopeful that the new owners will continue to excel and restore the restaurant to its former glory!

We moved to the village 5 years ago and initially had a disappointing experience at Village Tandoori. However, we decided to give it another try recently and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, fresh, and still hot even when taken away. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning for more.

The food was great, pipping hot, staff were friendly, we would defiantly go again. i can't think of anything that was wrong. I have been a few times before and have no problem. If your wanting a delivery please bear in mind you will have to wait an hour.

Our family had a wonderful dinner tonight at The Village Tandoori in Southminster. The restaurant is under new management and the service was efficient and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere for us. We had delicious main dishes and sides, and since the restaurant currently allows customers to bring their own wine and beer, we enjoyed our own drinks. The evening was a great value and we definitely plan on returning in the future.

I went there last weekend it’s such a shame that there service gone down and very poor and rude the food was ok but took ages to come at our table. The old waiter keeps pushing for orders more and drinks and we hadn’t finished but they constantly asked have we done or not. We asked for water but got before just got off to the restaurant. The waiter were careless and didn’t bother. Never again
