Salmon dish snap crackle and pop... mouth alive...a dash off salt, crunch, sweet kimcy, bursting with yum. Ty, amazing wine knowledge, has tried all the dishes, brilliant service. Caffir lime froth, coconut sorbet and rum jelly and you can taste the rum...mmm... left wanting more.. Omg the deconstructed chocolate torte is packed with bang and surprise... I wanna chew my lips off it tastes so good.

The food was devine beautifully presented, good sized meals and stunning produce. The staff were lovely and attentive. The restaurant table set up needs attention, i felt uncomfortable entering as its very open and everyone stares when the door opens so we felt like a deer in head lights. The tables are so close together with nothing to break up the closeness or noise. Our table was so close to the next table that we felt like we may as well dine with our neighbors, we also felt we had to whisper so not to share our conversation with others. Just felt a little open and uncomfortable, perhaps some music to break up the silence would help and some sort of partitions or plants or a bit more of a gap between tables to create a bit of privacy would make all the difference.
