John's Garden - Malibu

Pretty average sandwiches, a nice people watching spot. Possibly see a celeb or two? The price is very Malibu, chicken was grilled pretty tasty :)

The sandwiches here are DELISH! I also love their acai bowls, and it's cheaper than Sunlife (next door).

I went there with a couple of friends for breakfast/brunch. Not only was the food FREEZING when it got to us, it took them 45 minutes to actually prepare the food and serve it to us. Also, we found the staff to be grumpy, as well. Would not recommend. There are much better food places around this location with excellent customer service, contrasting from this one…

Really tasty with a lot of variety and interesting things to choose from!

Worst avocado toast I ever had.The bread claims to be gf but it didn’t seem fresh and was burnt.The other dishes my table ordered seemed to be fine, not great.
