Chirico's -catering - Mallory

We sat outside waiting for them to open supposed to be 11 am . We called they asked if we were here said they would open at 11:30 or 12. We had driven a long way, so waited. They didn't even let us know when they unlocked the door horrible service. Lasagne was $13.99 nothing but pasta meat sauce Chicken parmasan probably was previously frozen cannolis cost $7 each and were tiny. Didn't even apologize for making us wait for so long. We had come a long way to eat there for a special birthday lunch. Very disappointed.

I had my dinner there today. It came with a salad. After eating two bites of my salad, I found a very long hair in it. After waiting for quite a while for the waitress to return to my table, I showed her what I had found. She offered to bring me another salad but to be honest, I just couldn't eat anymore salad that very minute. It was all I could do to get through my dinner. The manager never came to my table to offer an apology. I paid for my meal which included the salad with the long hair in it. I might suggest your cooks start wearing something to prevent hairs from falling into people's food. The picture of my salad is too gross to share.

Tried this amazing Italian restaurant this weekend and was blown away. Fabulous food, wonderful staff, super pleasant experience. The marinara is incredible and the bread was hot and soft. We will definitely be returning!
