Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

The food was tasty, but the drinks took a while to be served.

I was disappointed with the ribs and the coleslaw tasted strange. I wondered if our server was having a rough night. My order was incorrect and even after it was corrected, it was still missing part of what I should have received. We only received napkins that our utensils were wrapped in. My son's wings didn't come with extra napkins or wipes, so I had to give him some from my purse. I did the same for myself with the ribs. When we ordered dessert, no napkins were provided and we were told that we would only receive them if we asked for them. My boyfriend complained about this and the server across the restaurant engaged with him, becoming hostile. A customer had to intervene and tell the server to back off because she was a woman, but despite this, the server continued to engage. The customer getting involved angered me the most. We all have our off days in customer service, but the attitude displayed by the server was very disappointing.

Rotisserie chicken wrap was cold as though sitting in fridge not freshly made. This is the second time this has happened.

Always a great time. Service was good. Food was awesome. Fast service as well.
