Pink Head Noodle - Malmo

Unfortunately, there was no completely vegan option available this time. The chef had to remove an ingredient to accommodate for a vegan dish. I missed having mushrooms and tofu. The meal was very tasty and enjoyable, but it could have been improved.

This restaurant/food stand is situated in a food hall. There is a variety of options available for everyone! The food was delicious, although quite spicy. I only gave the stand 3 stars because I believe there could be more choices available. Updated from a previous review on December 17, 2022.

Located in a bustling central area, Nudelplatz is a popular spot that often offers only one vegan option. However, the food is always tasty and made fresh from scratch, including the noodles.

Nice lunch with a very special taste. There are four meals and one ist vegan. I have had the stinked tofu and it was an explosion of spices!

Pink Head Noodle Bar typically has one vegan option, and it has been truly delicious every time I have been there. Eating by the bar while watching the chefs do their craft is great.
