Disappointed with online ordering. Order was incorrect and it was simple toasted no add-ons bagel wasn’t toasted. Cookie wasn’t in order either. Just not clear on if I had to get it or not. No one said anything and it wasn’t that busy. Bagels are good. But service was so so. Also coffee machine was done by 1230.For such good bagels it was a disappointing experience.

Nice customer service however bagel tasked oily . I ordered an Everything bagel with chive schmear (cream cheese). Not sure if the bagel was old or what but it had an odd taste about it. The chive cream cheese was tasty.Large range of bagel flavors from savory to sweet. Breakfast bagel sandwich options available as well. My co-worker got the Bacon Egg Cheese option with a Jalapeno bagel and said it was tasty. You can also buy bagels in bulk to take home.Not too much parking in the main lot however there is nearby street parking.

The bagels are a near perfect take on a real NY bagel. The schmears are tasty too. Only thing is, I would love it if they would make some Pumpernickel ones without caraway seeds.

I placed an online order for Hot Chocolate with soy milk, and the Vegan Vortex. When I arrived, I discovered they had totally missed the hot chocolate. I asked them to make sure it has soy milk and not dairy milk per the online order. However, when they brought it to me, I just thought of asking which milk was used, and they said dairy milk! Had I not had asked, I would have drank a dairy hot chocolate for someone who does not consume dairy. They did not apologize but did fix the mistake.

Blazing Bagel is a superb a bagel shop with artisanal bread and fresh homemade spreads. I opted for a pastrami sandwich that was heavenly and topped with sauerkraut, cheese, and Dijon mustard. The rye bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. The only downside is the need for supplemental Blazing Bagel parking spots, with the remaining ones being paid parking. The interior is modern and dog-friendly. With plenty of seating and delicious to try, I would quickly return for a bagel above the rest.
