Blue Moon Burgers - Maltkiln Lane

Me and my wife decided to do take out! My burger was swimming in grease and the lettuce was wilted, and bun smashed. My fries were cold and stale like they been out all day. My wife’s burger had no mushrooms or bacon and blue moon still charged full price and didn’t offer to comp anything. Her onion rings were better than fries but were smashed nothing like any of the pictures shown. When blue moon 1st came to Alki it was great food and presentation was good, now I have to say I won’t be coming back. The place was messy and a disaster area, they were definitely understaffed. The employee said she called my number to let me know about my wife’s burger but she didn’t. Very sad:

Great place to pop by for some chicken tenders (gluten free ones too! , pretty basic but decent picnic style table seating by the water, good place to bring friends family. Dietary restrictions: Has gf chicken tenders

Customer service is awful now… this used to be a La great were seater location but has gone down hill. They care very little about you as a customer I would not recommend to go here if you are in Alki.

This was such a delight! The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally cheerful and inviting. He engaged in conversation and made my out of town guests feel welcome.I had the El Diablo burger. Due to dietary restrictions, I had no bun. It was served on a bed of mixed greens. This was possibly the best burger I’ve had in years. Fresh jalapeño with the perfect amount of seasoning and sauce.We sat outside enjoying the beautiful scenery and sunny day. I highly recommend this stop and will most definitely be back. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option.

Went to Blue Moon Burger tonight at Alki Beach in West Seattle- Allison the crew were awesome and the food was OUTSTANDING!
