Great value on Umbria take out coffee. Food is fine, packaged muffins, cookies. Drive up is perfect.

Cash only coffee shop, which means they have the lowest prices around. Coffee is okay, but the service is always rude or dismissive. I've been here 6-7 times now on my way to work and not once have I had good service. Sadly I won't be returning despite the cheap prices.

The people that work there are JERKS. Not friendly at all, I don't plan on going back. The food and drinks are okay but the costumer service is so bad that I can't even enjoy it. I was just trying to have a good day and they ruined it forever. Would rather have an overpriced drink from Starbucks with great costumer service than gross coffee and terrible service at Jumpin' Jimmy's. I wish they would tear this place down and add a Starbucks.

Where did the low ratings come from? They serve the yummiest coffee at the lowest prices in the country, I believe!

They don't take cards as payment. We live in 2023? Not everyone has cash on hand. This place is a joke
