Loving Hut Seattle Vegan Cuisine

This is my 5th loving hut experience in the US and is probably my favorite one so far! We got the bbq skewers, jumping princess shrimp, Mongolian wonder, and the szechuan strips! Everything was fantastic! We thought it was all excellent, but if we had to choose favorites it would be the Mongolian wonder and the jumping princess shrimp! The flavors in the dishes were fabulous and the shrimp was super crispy and delicious. The sauce that came with the shrimp and the skewers was also really fruity and delicious! This place is awesome! I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is cute and quirky and the waitress was friendly.

Food was mid. There were some specific things we liked about the dishes, but there were a lot of things we didn 't like about them either. We really liked the meaty skewers and the egg rolls. The curry was pretty tasty, as was the hot and sour soup. Their pork is probably my fave meat substitute that they have here. The veggies in the curries are mushy and taste weird, though. The amount paid for extra steamed rice was ridiculous and incredibly overpriced for how small the portion size was. Not nearly enough for a bowl of curry. I would need probably 3x what they give. I would also skip on the veggie shrimp. Service was not very good. We had to keep getting up and asking for service. The lady that took our orders also didn 't really seem to like us? The food came out really fast which was nice because we were famished after a long day walking around town. We were the only customers there for 2 hours, though, so that could be why. I am at least glad that vegan asian food is an option around here, but I think it could be a bit better.

Wonderful place. Lovely atmosphere. Makes me very happy knowing that great vegan restaurants like this exist.

The fabulous pho is the best pho in the entire world in my opinion. I crave it so bad, any time I am in Seattle I always get it. Here, not any other loving hut. The Thai iced tea was also delicious! Vegetarian options: Menu is all vegan

Excellent pho, delicious veggies/noodles, slightly creepy restaurant atmosphere but excellent food.
