Expect friendly smiles and family like energy when you arrive at any location .. my only complaint is never ordering enough pizza .. lol but always thankful for what I did order ..definitely swing by and give them a try ?
Wow. I cannot say enough about this pizza. Detroit style, first off. Which means it is thick and square. We had pepperoni, which is my go-to since I am purist when it comes to pizza (BBQ? Pineapple? Nopeeeee). The pizza is ahhhhh-mazing. The crust is slightly crunchy on the outside, but softer in the middle. High quality ingredients. The place itself is not too sightly, but who CARES when you leave so satisfied. We met the owner, and we got the full story of MOTO's beginnings. Stellar!
We heard from friends about the product and I for one was a tad skeptical by the company's use of a scarcity principle to hype it! But, my partner wanted to try so we reserved one and the big day came this past Thursday ... By the time it made it home (15 minutes max), lifting each slice out of the box was a bit of a mess; the crust didn't hold under the weight of its toppings. Wanting to give it a second chance, we used the Air Fryer the next day to heat it up. I for one, love pizza the next day but honestly, the toppings were tasty but the crust was not much better than the squishy straight out of the box!Lou Malnati's Chicago deep dish any day! That said, from the reviews, it looks like u have a loyal following so continued success ...
My wife wanted to get pizza from Moto. She had to reserve a while in advance. When the time came to go pick it up, she forgot about it. We ended up getting it later than the pickup time and weren’t really hungry. Reheating it was fine, but it was a little soggy even if heated in the oven.I was expecting bigger pizzas for the price that we paid. We had a cheese pizza and one with vegan pepperoni. It tasted okay but a bit too salty. The crust was good but fairly thick making it difficult to eat more than one slice since it’s very filling. I don’t understand all the hype, it’s just pizza.
Make sure you get here at least 15 minutes before 4 pm, otherwise there's a really good chance they'll sell out before you get to the end of the line! The workers are very friendly and patient with new customers, and of course the food is excellent I convinced my girlfriend to try it, and now she pretty much refuses to have pizza unless it's from here. A good problem to have, IMO!
