Consistently terrific coffee, in spite of being served by young people with attitude and a surplus of impatience.
No customer service, if you work at a coffee shop don’t roll your eyes every time someone orders a coffee!!!!
Terrible customer service and management does not care!!!
It's a chain coffee shop. If I'm at a freeway exit in the middle of the nowhere, it's better than gas station coffee, but if you live in a city of any size, you probably have at least one local coffee roasters who produces much better beans. Buy your coffee from them, Howard Schultz won't go broke because of your decision.
