Can make lattes espresso but not hot water for my tea.i am a paying customer at this safeway.this is not customer service or good customer care. The shell Staton on the corner is better oh and they don't follow Starbucks rules so good luck with complaining about it.

This Starbucks location has got to be the worst in the city. Service is SLOW. The cashiers have a whole conversation with their friends who happen to be in line. I asked an employee to make my drink while he chats. He told me to go somewhere else, and refused to make my drink. I'm loath to go to this location. I try to go to one of the other local Starbucks even if it means another stop.

Long drive through line and couldn't get my heavy cream to mix with my coffee. a little on the pricey side usually they do a great job this last time had to have them remake my coffee twice.
