The Cheesecake Factory - Maltkiln Lane

I love the cheesecake factory..... but I have complaints about my most recent visit. My main complaint was with the food. My bacon bacon burger was disappointing. The patty, cooked to my liking, was very small. The bun, too, meat ratio was way off. I've had this burger before, and it had never been this small. The fries were warm at best and soggy.We ordered the texmex egg rolls, but they changed them. They are small. They looked more like taquitos. They taste fine, but the egg roll look and feel isn't there.We did like the pretzel balls. They were light and airy, and the dips were tasty.The service was pretty slow, but we never had to ask for a refill, and we were attended to as needed.I still love the cheesecake factory and I will be back.

Wonderful food. Wonderful environment. Unfortunately, the last time I went to that place I ordered a chicken Parmesan with pasta. They gave me another chicken dish. Apparently, the waitress didn’t seem to understand my order. I don’t know why. It was delicious though. Waiters need to fully understand what people want to eat.

Great example of the franchise. Excellent service and our meal was well prepared.Parking: Located in downtown, we took a ride share to get there.

Great food and even better service! My only complaint is they didn't have a siracha type sauce but that's it!

I'm a big Cheesecake Factory fan, but the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake fell a bit short of my expectations. While the cheesecake itself was delicious, the overwhelming amount of whipped cream masked the flavor of the cookie dough, which was the star I was most excited about. The whipped cream wasn't even particularly sweet, so it added more texture than taste.
