I go to The SIX for their HIIT classes and Slow Flow Yoga classes and they are great! Nice rotation of instructors, upbeat classes, and amazing post work smoothies (you gotta try The Biggie). I've been a loyal member for the past 1.5 years, and love it. Note that if you are not looking for hot HIIT/intense work out yoga classes, this may not be the studio for you.
I adore this studio. Every class I feel welcomed, challenged, supported, inspired, and always to good music. They really change it up so you are never bored and I feel stronger and more flexible than I have in years. Also the cafe is delish!
As I was looking for something active to do, I'm happy I settled for the SIX. Classes are well balanced, being accessible but also challenging enough to push you. Super welcoming environment, all instructors are great (although I especially enjoy Berkeley's and Elle's classes). I also like how you can reserve your favorite spot ahead of time, but there's almost always a spot available if you decide to show up last minute. Highly recommend it for all levels of fitness.
Love this place for their healthy juices and yummy foods! Definitely a place to crave here and there. They also have classes which is great. I love the inclusive atmosphere and how they celebrate the black hip hop culture.
