Stazione - Malvaglia

We verleven voor een night in een airbnb in malvaglia en kwamen voor het avondeten terecht in dit restaurant. het was een heerlijk zomerse avond en we konden gelukkig nog terecht op het terras. de menukaart bood voor elk wat wils, van een pasta en een pizza tot een humble schnitzel voor de jongste eter. we hebben he met plezier en met smaak gegeten. we kregen de indruk dat het restaurant vooral door de local bevolking bezocht wordt, wat we zelf een aanbeveling vinden.

We always come back to this pizzeria when we are on the way. often it is our first night after the gotthard, so our holiday start or the last night before the home trip. we are looking forward to home. the restaurant is usually very well occupied and it is worth booking. we find the pizzas super and the price/performance ratio is correct. the personal is very friendly and you can order the house wine (merlot). it fits perfectly with the pizzas and tastes good.

We have fed very well here and can only recommend this restaurant with tessinerflair. we were there at an evening when the restaurant was fully booked. (night before healing) and yet, it was all good. we have to wait a little longer, but we liked to buy that.

Sala accogliente e ordinata; servizio molto cortese e gentile. Impiattamento molto curato e cibo ottimo.

Sono stato in questo ristorante la sera del primo maggio 2017. Ho potuto saziare il mio appetito con un'insalata verde, un'entrecôte di manzo e per finire panna cotta e frutti di bosco per dessert. Per prima cosa posso dire che l'apparenza del ristorante dall'esterno può sembrare molto rustico o bar di paese ma quel che viene poi proposto nel menù è di classe, soprattutto per il modo in cui viene presentato il cibo.La cura di ogni piatto è ottimale e credo che il personale di cucina sia molto attento a questi dettagli. Parlo ora della qualità del cibo che ho assaggiato. Nulla da dire in negativo, non mi aspettavo di trovarmi così bene in questo ristorante. L'insalata verde era abbondante e ben condita.L'entrecôte di manzo molto tenero e contornato da verdure fresche, qualche frutto e decorato con sciroppo di aceto balsamico.La panna cotta ai frutti di bosco anch'essa molto buona, molto soffice e fresca.Personale cordiale ed accessibile.Ristorante di qualità, sicuramente da provare.Consigliato!
