Zoup! - Malvern

I left 5 stars because 10 is not an option! Staff are friendly and attentive. The chilli is fabulous!...best chilli I ever had a restaurant and the bread was baked for perfection. I recommend this Zoup location.

This place used to be great. Good food, quick service, very practical. Now it's a former bowl of itself. It is not even open most days. Wait over 20 minutes for a try 2 combo... and as you all know, the soup is already made... so it's just the sandwich that takes a few minutes prep and now the sandwiches just get a slice of deli meat. That was just a customer in front of me. I'm sorry it was like it used to be....

I stopped at Zoup yesterday because I only believed soup. They have a great variety and could not rely on my mind, so I brought 3, lobster bisque, chicken chili and mushroom barley.... all very good. Wish that the lobster bisque had more pieces in it, but that's just a wish and no mistake.... Denny was very pleasant, organized and careful when I pack my bag. Lots of space to immerse, but had to take it to go. I noticed they also sell gift cards.

I have placed an order online. It was confirmed by e-mail. drive 20 minutes to order there at 3 in the afternoon. Closed. Website STILL says open at 4:30. Unless there was a kind of emergency, every employee there, and the company should be ashamed.

I have ordered meditarenian chicken bowl, food is filthy, brown rice he gave was completely dry and chickpeas are also completely dry. I am really sorry I don't want to spoil your business but please watch what you are serving.
