They had a pool and gym on 1st floor, jacuzzi, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all provided. Mini fridge in room, iron and ironing board in closet hangers provided. Close to Target, restaurants etc., which is great if you forget something on trip.
Couldn't even get fresh towels after asking twice. Ended up going down the street to a Target and buying towels. The shower did not drain right and flooded everywhere. Was told a different price when I checked in. Was only supposed to be 190 including tax. They ended up taking $200 a night. I stayed two nights I was there for a wedding. Last few experiences that I've stayed at a Hilton have been terrible. Only stayed there because the wedding party was staying there. And we hadn't seen the family in a long time. We drove 6 hours to be so disappointed in our hotel. Also the fridge was dirty in the room. And the shower wasn't very clean either.
Very Accommodating Hotel! We booked for a hockey tournament, and the staff bent over backwards for our team. We all stayed on the same floor (1st floor), and they provided us breakfast every morning (actually changing the times to accommodate our hockey games). We have stayed in MANY hotels in our years of travel hockey, and this hotel is BY FAR the BEST! Plus... you can never go wrong with a Double Tree and their cookies!
Our son's wedding will be there next year so we visited for a tasting menu dinner to decide what the salad and entree would be. The attention to detail was excellent and the service and food were great. We've now been there twice in the past three months and we continue to be very impressed with the atmosphere, the personnel's caring attitude, and the beauty of the rooms.
The food was delicious although the shrimp might have been a little over cooked. The salads were fantastic. The desserts were sized appropriately excellent. The staff was very courteous and willing to have brief conversation. This may be our new go to place.
