Food Factory - Malvern Hills

I was extremely impressed with the fish and chips we had for lunch today on June 16th, so I had to write this review! The fish was incredible - white, chunky cod cooked perfectly fresh. The chips were my ideal - dry and hot, not soggy and greasy. Thank you for making our lunch absolutely perfect!

I stopped by for some fries while passing through the area. The lady behind the counter was friendly, but I was let down by the fries. They were soggy and lacking in flavor, tasting like cardboard. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closing soon after we left, so I didn't have the opportunity to give them another try. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I have to be honest - these were some of the worst fries I've ever had. Maybe we just had bad luck.

The owner, Kam, is a very friendly man. With the help of Burt (such a sweetheart), FOOD FACTORY is dedicated to their customers. That's why we keep coming back to enjoy the top-notch service and affordable Fish and Chips in the area. Keep up the great work, FOOD FACTORY!

I have lived in Malvern for over 20 years and have never used the Food Factory before until this evening. I was really impressed the young girl that served us was polite and greeted us with a smile. Portion sizes and food were good. We will definitely be using you again.

At the end of a long day moving house all I wanted was food! This was the one with parking outside staff were average, food was hot, chips a little anemic. But hey it filled a hole and didn't make me ill.
