Ammos - Mamaia

Beautiful location on the beach, with Greek life music. Bad service because it is not enough waiters for many customers. And the food... very disappointed... very low quality. I cannot recommend this restaurant for dinner or lunch. Just for a drink or something

Went there for lunch, no reservation. The waiters were nice and the food was good. We had octopus salad, souvlaki and panseta (pork belly) and some coffee afterwards. Would go back. Overall pleasant experience.

So happy that we have found Ammos. The location is really nice, right on the beach. Service is good too. And the food is really tasty. Reasonable prices too. Best place to eat in Mamaia north so far.

This absolutely fantastic place catches a bit with its location: closer to more beautiful restaurants. Don't let yourself be fooled, they only use here. You have one of the worst music bands I heard. They call it “Grad” music and, honestly, it could be; but I bet greedy doesn't listen to this sh...it. We had the bad luck having a table in music was so loud, we couldn't hear each other. Combined with poor equipment quality, just imagine: food was also terrible, I had eggplant mix. Oily and tasteless, a little sour. Others had shells. They could not eat it; not well cleaned, tasteless sauce and improperly cooked. I had to give them a star, but... You don't deserve it. If you take care of your money, go somewhere else. Or, go and see yourself!

The food is authentic Greek and delicious. A good improvement of the service last year. A wide selection of dishes. Good Ouzo, good Biblia choir (Grad Sauvignon blanc). It's the right place to eat.
