The hotel sri Anandha bhavan was the only option for a traditional Indian family, as there are many cafés for foreigners. Hotel sri Anandha bhavan is full of monopoly, almost double for items with very small quantities and quality of food. They served very cold dosa look like puri what we had in the morning. We had uncooked at night and very small kerala paratha. The next day we had lunch and became fool. by paying the huge amount. Lakcha(maida)/ring paratha(Atta) rs. 80 per piece without curry and roti with butter rs.45 per piece. The amount of curry was very less and in slice butter masala had 5 small slices. Because of one of our strangers. We couldn't say anything. But it was disgusting. Please avoid this hotel if you want to make an unforgettable Mahabalipuram.
Great place for vegetarian food in Mahabalipuram fantastic unlimited South Indian lunch; excellent cans, and North Indian stack in the evening. Very friendly service too.
I stopped at this restaurant in LA before heading to the resort. It was very crowded due to being vacation season and the place was completely disorganized. People would grab chairs before you even got your food and would stand around your table waiting for you to finish, even if you had just started eating. The customers were very rude and the waiters seemed confused. I would not recommend going here. The bathrooms were also in bad condition and the food was only fair. Overall, I would give this restaurant a negative rating.
Good food and good hospitality.the owner of this hotel is very friendly.ill defenitely recommended it!
The food is decent, but a bit pricey. The service is lackluster. We discovered another vegetarian option that is much superior.
