Disappointing Service Overshadows Dining ExperienceDuring my recent visit to GOJIRA, a place I had high expectations for, I encountered several issues that significantly dampened my dining experience.Firstly, the portion sizes were surprisingly small. While I appreciate quality over quantity, the dishes served were underwhelming in size, making it difficult to fully enjoy or share.Secondly, the service was notably lacking. Our waitress, although polite, did not provide detailed receipts before asking for the credit card. This made it challenging to understand the breakdown of our bill, which is essential for any dining experience. Moreover, the wait time for our food was considerably longer than anticipated. The delay in service, with no explanation or apology offered, affected the overall enjoyment of our meal. Most concerning was the automatic inclusion of a 20% service fee to our bill without prior consent or notification. This practice, while perhaps intended to ensure fair compensation for the staff, felt presumptuous and did not reflect the level of service we received. In summary, while GOJIRA may have potential in its culinary offerings, the service aspects leave much to be desired. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the dining experience involves much more than just the food served.
Ramen was top-notch, loads of boba tea choices too. Service? Fast and super friendly. And the Godzilla decorations? Seriously cool. Totally recommend this place for a chill, tasty meal. Great vibes all around!
The black garlic tonkotsu ramen was a culinary masterpiece. The rich, savory broth paired perfectly with the tender noodles and the infusion of black garlic added a depth of flavor that was simply divine. The lavender boba drink was a delightful surprise. The floral notes were balanced beautifully with just the right amount of sweetness. If you're a ramen enthusiast or simply looking for an extraordinary dining experience, I highly recommend trying the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the lavender boba drink at Gojira Ramen.
Recently tried the Gojira Ramen here and it was great! The soup was a bit spicy, but not too much, just enough to give it a nice kick. The noodles were cooked just right, and the meat and veggies in it were super tasty. The service at the restaurant was friendly and quick. I really liked the vibe of the place too. Definitely recommend this ramen if you like a little spice.
